EMET Puts Projects Together and  Delivers Success

The Paterson YMCA was a building which was deteriorating both in
its physical and financial conditions.  Ron assembled a development
team which included the YMCA organization, grant writers, architects
and financial advisors.  Approximately $8,000,000 in rental assistance
was obtained from HUD over a 10 year period, $2,000,000 in grants
and over $1,000,000 in loans.

The property was renovated, became fiscally sound and became a model facility in providing supportive
housing for 200 homeless individuals.
