EMET mentors and partners with nonprofits and faith-based
community development organizations (FBCDOs).

EMET often mentors nonprofits and FBCDOs to enter the
real estate industry and plays a pivotal role in these partnerships, providing experience in management, development, syndication
and all facets of the real estate industry.

EMET success stories include:

• Providing housing and case management with Helping Arms, Inc., for individuals returning from prison through the US Department of Labor’s Prisoner Re-Entry Initiative in
  Trenton, New Jersey
• Developing and providing low-income housing with Volunteers of America providing case management for hundreds of homeless individuals in Trenton, New Jersey. 
• Co-developing a low-income family housing project in
  Union City, New Jersey with North Hudson Community
  Action Corp.

EMET also provides contacts in the governmental and economic communities and seed capital to initiate development projects and ensure success. Additionally, EMET also helps organizations benefit from real estate ownership to fulfill and expand their missions.
